Gliding silently with the current, you swim among schools of colorful tropical fish and lush aquatic plants. The vibrant blue-green waters reveal an untouched ecosystem where life thrives.
It’s a gentle, magical immersion, accessible to all, giving the rare experience of swimming in a true natural aquarium.

Buraco das Araras
The Realm of the Red-and-Green Macaws
About 20 kilometers from Bonito, the Buraco das Araras impresses with both its size and beauty. This massive circular sinkhole, over 100 meters deep and 500 meters in circumference, is home to numerous pairs of macaws.
Their brilliant plumage lights up the ochre canyon walls as they take flight with powerful cries. From the observation platforms, you can also spot toucans, hawks, and even wild mammals that frequent the area, making it a spectacular wildlife haven.
