1. Reservation & Payment

Deposit: A deposit of 30% to 50% of the total price (depending on the selected tour) is required to confirm your booking. This deposit is non-refundable.

Balance Payment: The remaining balance must be paid at least 60 days prior to the start of the tour. If the booking is made within 60 days of the tour date, full payment is required at the time of reservation.

Payment Methods: We accept payments by bank transfer or PayPal. Please note: PayPal charges a 7.4% processing fee which is not included in our prices and must be covered by the client.

2. Cancellation Policy

By You:

• Cancellations made 59 to 39 days before the start of the tour: 50% refund of the total amount.

• Cancellations made 38 days or less before the tour: no refund.

• No refunds will be issued once the tour has started, including for unused services.

By Us: In the very rare case we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

3. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to: extreme weather, natural disasters, fires, park closures, strikes, political unrest, pandemics, or transportation issues. No refunds or compensations will be provided in such events.

4. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is not included in our tours. We highly recommend that all participants purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, medical emergencies, baggage loss, and adventure activities (including wildlife watching and nature hikes).

5. Our Responsibility

We strive to offer accurate and up-to-date information about our tours. However, wildlife sightings, weather, and environmental conditions are unpredictable and cannot be guaranteed.

In cases of necessary itinerary changes due to security, weather, or other external factors, we will always aim to replace services with alternatives of similar value and interest.

6. Client Responsibility

By booking a tour with us, you agree to:

• Follow local laws and regulations during the trip

• Respect nature, wildlife, and local communities

• Comply with all safety instructions provided by our guides

• Be responsible for any damage caused to vehicles or property due to negligence

7. Prices and Inclusions

Prices include:

• Lodging and meals as specified

• Transfers

• Park fees (if listed)

• Professional guidind

Prices exclude:

• Flights (except if listed in the tour)

• Personal expenses (laundry, drinks, souvenirs, etc.)

• Travel insurance

• Tips and gratuities

• Visas (if applicable)

8. Acceptance of Terms

By paying a deposit, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Written confirmation is preferred, but in the absence of it, payment will be considered as agreement to these terms.
