Day 1

Your guide meets you early in Cuiabá for the drive into the Pantanal. After about 1.5 hours, we reach Poconé, gateway to the wild Pantanal, and begin our journey down the Transpantaneira, a dirt road teeming with life. We take our time, stopping often for birds, caimans, capybaras, and anything else that appears. By midday, we reach our lodge and settle in. In the afternoon, we board our boat for the first river safari: golden light, fresh eyes, and probably even our first jaguar. Back at the lodge, enjoy a delicious dinner while sharing stories and preparing for the days ahead.

Days 2-6

This is why you’re here. We leave early each morning to catch the best light and spend long and awesome days navigating the rivers, always ready for that perfect shot. Jaguars resting, swimming, hunting. Otters playing. Terns diving. Capybaras crossing or a jabiru stork landing perfectly in frame, we’re here for it. We’re not in a rush, this tour is built for time, patience, and positioning. Depending on your preferences, we may enjoy a picnic lunch on the river or return to the lodge for a break and a hot meal. The lodge offers a peaceful, scenic retreat where you can rest, review photos, or spot wildlife right from the grounds. We go back on the river in the afternoon and stay out until sunset every day.

Day 7

After an early breakfast and one last look at the river, we begin our journey back. The drive up the Transpantaneira offers a final chance to spot wildlife before reaching Cuiabá by early afternoon; with memory cards full and unforgettable real, raw wildlife encounters fresh in your mind.
