Day 1

We start early in Cuiabá, where your wildlife guide picks you up for the journey south. After about an hour and a half, we arrive in Poconé and enter the iconic Transpantaneira, a road where incredible wildlife sightings begin the moment we hit the dirt. Thousands of birds, capybaras, caimans... every stop is a photo opportunity. By late morning, we reach our lodge, just in time for lunch. In the afternoon, we set off for our first boat safari, scanning the riverbanks for jaguars, giant otters, monkeys, and more. We return by sunset for dinner and a relaxing evening.

Days 2-4

These three full days are entirely dedicated to exploring the rivers by boat, where the chances of spotting jaguars are at their highest. We head out early each morning to catch the sunrise and spend hours navigating secret channels and river bends rich with life. Depending on the lodge, we’ll either have lunch out on the river or return for a break before going back out in the afternoon. From sunrise to sunset, you’ll be surrounded by the wild beauty of the Pantanal.

Day 5

After one last breakfast in the Pantanal, we make our way back along the Transpantaneira, still alert for final wildlife encounters along the way. We arrive in Cuiabá by late morning or early afternoon with amazing memories and a deeper connection with nature.
