Presentation

A small, family-run lodge, simple and welcoming, entirely dedicated to bird photography and birdwatching in the heart of the Atlantic Forest.

The rooms are basic but clean, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay. The food is homemade, delicious, and prepared with care. The lodge has Wi-Fi but no air conditioning, which isn’t an issue since the nights remain cool during the visiting season.

Beyond the exceptional natural setting, it’s above all the warmth and kindness of the owners that make this place unique and memorable for nature enthusiasts.

A never-ending show for bird photographers

The lodge is renowned for its exceptional feeding stations, where over 350 bird species come to feed, offering rare and magical photographic opportunities.

On-site, you can enjoy multiple facilities: fruit feeders with a variety of fruits, feeders dedicated to hummingbirds, discreet observation posts within the forest to approach shyer species, as well as 4 km of trails that wind through lush vegetation and showcase very different environments: lakes, streams, bridges, a forest house, and more.

The lodge’s gardens, rich in native fruit trees, attract a wide variety of local species, making every outing a fresh and rewarding experience for both birdwatchers and photographers. The place is a true sanctuary for Atlantic Forest birdlife, combining authenticity, simplicity, and full immersion in nature.
